If you purchased tickets using a third person's login (parents, friends, or others) communication will be sent to the email registered at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the festival cannot be held accountable for tickets purchased from third parties or outside the Official Sales Channel.
If you are the one who purchased the ticket and have not received the email yet, please check your spam folder. If you purchased your ticket through one of the Official Partners, communication regarding your compensation will come directly from the partner company.
